Vaschetta lava pennelli (tangluo xi) in porcellana a vetrina rosso "fiore di pesco" (peachbloom). Cina, manifattura di Jingdezhen, dinastia Qing (1644-1911). (d cm 11) (difetti di cottura) Sul fondo, marchio a sei caratteri su tre file del regno di Kangxi (1662-1722). Si tratta di una produzione tipica dei regni Kangxi e Yongzheng, che prevede procedimenti più complicati rispetto alle altre porcellane rosse, per cui occorre prima applicare più strati di coperta e poi regolare ripetutamente l'atmosfera della fornace, alternando atmosfera ricca e povera d'ossigeno per ottenere le sfumature volute. Le più riuscite porcellane fiore di pesco erano associate a immagini romantiche come il rosso del tramonto, le guance di un bimbo o l'arrossire per timidezza di una bella fanciulla.
